Meet the Performance Coaches at KOFSP 

Our team of experienced performance coaches are dedicated to helping everyone reach their full potential. With backgrounds in strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and sport science, our coaches combine data-driven training methods with a personalized approach to improve power, speed, agility, and overall performance. Whether working with youth athletes, professionals, or fitness enthusiasts, we prioritize safety, efficiency, and results, creating tailored programs to meet the unique demands of every sport and individual.

 
 

Lauren King has dedicated the last 12 years to educating and inspiring athletes to their fullest potential. In 2014 she earned her Master's Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Sports Psychology.

Kiel King is a 2004 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. In 2013 he earned his Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Physical Rehabilitation. He served as an assistant Strength & Condition Coach at Marist College in 2014 working with Division I athletes in sports such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, and crew.

Joe Panik is an 8 year MLB second baseman that has played in the league for the San Francisco Giants, New York Mets, Toronto Blue Jays, and Miami Marlins.

A World Series Champion in 2014, MLB All Star in 2015, and an MLB Gold Glove Award winner in 2016. Joe brings a tremendous amount of knowledge, skills, and experience to share with all athletes to maximize their athletic potential in competition.

Sean Murphy is a 2023 graduate of Ithaca College where he earned his Master’s Degree in Health Science and Human Performance. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland 2017.

Sean served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Cornell University where he worked with Women’s Lacrosse, Women’s Basketball, Field Hockey, Gymnastics, and Sprint Football.

Brian Doxsey is a graduate of Marist College, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Brian also played 3 years of Marist Football at Outside Linebacker.

Brian worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the United States Military Academy at West Point, working with a variety of Division 1 sport teams.

Tony Stark is a long hair chihuahua that spends most of his day at the facility. He is extremely friendly and loves to be pet as athletes are warming up.
