ASSESSMENT

Before starting any program, all athletes and members complete a comprehensive Initial Assessment. This includes a detailed evaluation using technology like Proteus Motion, VALD Force Decks, and Kinotek LiDar, providing us with precise insights into your strength, power, mobility, and movement efficiency.
