Meet Lauren King
Founder & Owner | Kings of Fitness Sports Performance
Lauren King is the founder and owner of Kings of Fitness Sports Performance, established in 2012 with a vision of making high-quality strength and conditioning accessible to young athletes before they reach the collegiate level.
For more than 14 years, Lauren has helped build an environment dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring athletes to pursue their full potential. Her philosophy extends beyond physical performance, emphasizing confidence, resilience, education, and lifelong health.
A Vision for Athlete Development
Lauren founded Kings of Fitness on the belief that young athletes should have access to individualized coaching, purposeful training, and evidence-informed strength and conditioning early in their athletic development.
That vision continues to shape the organization today. KOF combines experienced coaching, advanced sports science technology, and individualized programming to support athletes throughout their development.
For Lauren, success is not measured solely by athletic achievements. It is also reflected in the confidence, habits, and knowledge individuals develop throughout their training journey.
