  • Up to 2 facility visits per week + remote training

In an effort to bring the best and proven movement science techniques to our athletes and adult fitness members, we offer several training session packages to be completed within one calendar month of start date. All training programs are designed to meet the needs of the individual, are assessed regularly, and are progressed appropriately.

Strength and Conditioning programming should be addressed at a micro level (3-4 weeks of training) and the macro level (i.e. 6 months, 1 year of micro-cycles). These cycles will be the road map to helping our members achieve their desired athletic goals.

CHOOSE your commitment. How many training sessions YOU can make in a micro-cycle is how we will design YOUR specific program!

When you CHOOSE to work with the staff at Kings of Fitness, each micro-cycle you will receive:

·A required movement assessment to find potential muscle imbalances and joint range of motion restrictions

·Instruction for overactive muscle inhibition (i.e. self mysofascial release)

·Mobility instruction designed to correct joint stability issues

·VBT (Velocity Based Training) for Special Strengths

·Accessory programming designed to correct movement patterns inter and intra muscularly
