Lauren King

Founder and owner of Kings of Fitness, Lauren has dedicated the last 6 years to educating and inspiring athletes to their fullest potential.  In 2014 she earned her Master's Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Sports Psychology.  

Lauren holds numerous certifications that help all of her athletes increase their performance potential and decrease their risk of injury.  These certifications include USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW-L1), Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (HHC), and the Level I Speed Coach certification from the National Academy of Speed and Explosion.

Kiel King

Kiel is a 2004 graduate of the United States Military at West Point and retired as a Captain in 2010.  In 2013 he earned his Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Physical Rehabilitation.  He served as an assistant Strength & Condition Coach at Marist College in 2014 working with Division I athletes in sports such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, lacrosse, and crew.

Kiel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW-L1), Westside Barbell Personal Training and Athletic Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and certified in Advanced Exercise Nutrition (AEN).
